Bearinx-online Easy Linear

Powerful calculation software from Schaeffler – now available online.

With Bearinx-online Easy Linear it is possible to calculate the basic rating life of a driven linear axis supported by rolling bearings, taking account of all drive, inertia and operating forces.

User-friendly interface

By means of one self-explanatory, transparent and simple menu system, the most commonly used guidance system combinations – arrangements of drives, guideways and carriages – are preconfigured. In addition, there is the option of freely selecting an axis combination with up to 4 guideways and 16 carriages (max. 4 carriages per guideway).

Optimum bearing design

Bearinx-online Easy Linear takes account of characteristics including:

• the non-linear deflection behaviour of the rolling element contacts
• the elasticity of the saddle plate and guideway
• the preload
• the profiling of the rollers
• the actual contact pressing taking account of the skewing and profiling of the rolling elements

Calculation is thus based on the most up-to-date algorithms for the simulation of linear rolling bearings.

The calculation program is available exclusively "online" via the Internet. In order to ensure optimum advisory and calculation services and for verification of the results, the input data can be sent to the Schaeffler engineering service for further design and calculation.

The results and documentation are outputted in PDF format.

• four-row linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies KUME-C

Bearinx-online Easy Linear is available to all users to its full extent and free of charge.
Following one-time registration - which takes very little time - the calculation platform will be available to you without restriction within a few minutes.
